An OPS Core Helmet or Cairns Fire Helmet used to stop junctional hemorrhage with two CAT tourniquets.

Proof of concept of a junctional hemorrhage tourniquet idea first suggested by Full Spectrum Training, now proven with doppler ultrasound.
