A master class program, with courses for all experience levels
We teach not just what to do, but how to do it best, when to do it, and most importantly, why to do it. Provide the right care at the right time.
TRAIN ONLINE, START IMMEDIATELY
I trained as an Army Special Forces Medic. Many of the concepts in my courses come directly from that experience.
I later attended medical school and became dual-boarded in Emergency Medicine and EMS. From there, I began working with tactical law enforcement, fire, and executive protection teams—synthesizing tactical experience with clinical medicine, and shaping it into continuing education I would actually want to watch.
Our courses show you actual wound profiles, case studies, medical literature, and step-by-step skills to engage you during training and lock the lessons in.

I found the Advanced TC2 online course to be simply outstanding. I have had the privilege of attending several of Dr. Shertz's live courses. The online course provided the same high level of professional instruction as the in-person classes. It is well designed and intuitive to navigate.
The video scenarios do an excellent job of demonstrating how the techniques could be used in real-world situations.
I consider this a graduate level education program in TCCC. Having spent 15 months deployed to Iraq, I actually learned that some of my favorite gear are inferior to other pieces of equipment. Dr. Shertz provided me with the data and training to be more effective. It’s literally advice that makes people more effective in providing combat and tactical care. I’ve never seen anything like it.
WHY ONLINE?
In-person training is expensive. It requires travel, time away from home, and days off the schedule. For many agencies, it’s simply not realistic – especially when the goal is to train entire teams to the same standard.
Over the years, I worked with fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies that couldn’t afford to send people out of state or bring high-quality trainers to their location. I saw the same problem with military units and contractors while deployed. The demand for solid training was there; access wasn’t.
People told me I should put my in-person courses online. I resisted. Most online medical training is poorly produced, disengaging, and a poor substitute for a real class.
Eventually, I agreed. On the condition it be done correctly. I partnered with an independent Hollywood filmmaker to create our series of online classes filmed by professionals, on a soundstage, with an engaging, high quality format.

Today, these courses are used by military units, law enforcement and SWAT teams, fire and EMS agencies, and private citizens who want training that holds up when it actually matters.
We’re constantly updating the material based on both the TECC and TCCC guidelines as well as the latest scientific medical literature. We don’t just repeat what someone else said, we do the research from the ground up, and sometimes point out lessons that will surprise you.
We’ll answer these questions and train you to be prepared.
