Tactical Casualty Care: This interactive ten-hour course prepares for the first few minutes of casualty evaluation in a high-risk environment.This course is designed to give you a plan to identify and manage immediately life-threatening injuries and the knowledge and skills to implement it while you are still engaged in an ongoing tactical problem.
American law enforcement is actively issuing tourniquets to officers, but many agencies are only giving 5-minute blocks of instruction on how to use them. In the 21st Century, Law Enforcement needs tactically relevant medical training.
